Hiring真的是一個有趣的東西,recruiter有時候也會犯錯,interviewer有時候也會看走眼,但一般來說,他們受到的責難卻不比他們招募進來的那位績效不佳的員工多。Why?人大概是感恩時會懂得飲水思「源」,但責難時卻往往只看到「表面」。

 

或其實原因很簡單 - to blame or not to blame, 通常最終有權決定僱用誰或不顧用誰的那一位,都是(大)老闆。
